When you visit this website

The website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, the server writes a technical log of each request: IP address, time, requested page, and browser identification. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log is deleted after 14 days.

The website runs behind Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which delivers the pages and protects them against attacks. Cloudflare processes the request data on our behalf. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Businesses listed in the directory

The directory shows businesses with facts from their own public websites: the name, the website, and facts such as services or capacity, each with the page it comes from. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, and the interest of our visitors, in a comparison of these businesses based on checked sources (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not publish listings of individual persons without informing them first. A business can ask us at any time to correct or remove its listing.

Photos sent by email

A business can send us photos for its listing by email. We use the email, the sender's name and role, and the photos to check the permission and to show the photos with the credit the sender names (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the email as proof of the permission for as long as we show the photos. A business can ask us at any time to remove its photos.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
